About Me
I am a landscape and storytelling photographer drawn to places that still hold silence, memory, and meaning. My work is rooted in a deep respect for nature, culture, and the quiet human presence that often goes unnoticed within them. I photograph more than scenery. I look for the mood, history, texture, and emotional weight of a place.
For example, the fog over a ridge, the light before a storm, the path of a fisherman at dawn, and the trace of tradition that still exists in the modern world. I want to make pictures that feel timeless, real, and like they take you somewhere.
I see photography as both seeing and interpreting, whether I'm working in the mountains, along the coast, or in culturally rich places abroad.
Each frame tries to capture not only what a place looked like, but also how it felt to be there. I tell visual stories through SJ Pixel that are shaped by patience, discipline, and the idea that the best images don't shout; they stay with you.

Leh/Zanskar Region
This May, I will be leading a photography journey into Leh and the Zanskar region, a land of immense scale, stark silence, ancient monasteries, remote villages, and ever-changing light. Ladakh is renowned for its rugged high-altitude desert landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and dramatic mountain terrain, making it one of the most visually striking regions in India.
This is not a casual sightseeing trip; it is a focused photographic experience designed for those who want to slow down, observe deeply, and create compelling images in a place that demands attention. From the early light illuminating barren ridgelines to the tranquil rhythm of life shaped by altitude, weather, and tradition, this tour caters to photographers seeking more than just beautiful views; they seek atmosphere, narrative, and meaning.
Due to Leh's high altitude, the trip also requires participants to acclimatize and prepare for the conditions. I will share more details soon, but this journey is specifically for photographers who appreciate natural landscapes, rich cultures, and spontaneous moments that cannot be staged.
